Offences Against the Property of Others

This section covers a very wide range of Criminal Code offences, from simple theft under $5000 (simple shoplifting, section 334) to the much more serious crime of robbery (robbery, section 344) to the offences of mischief (section 430), fraud (section 380) and break and enter (section 348).

In fact, this section even covers less common crimes such as “affecting to practice magic” (whether by witchcraft, enchantment or conjuration, take your pick, section 365) or “fraudulently taking cattle” (section 338).

So, whether you’ve been caught in the act of witchcraft or have another question about your case, contact me!
